Delivery Details
- The company will call the customer to make an appointment for delivery within the next working day after the order is confirmed. If there is no problem, the spot will be delivered within 14 working days. Customers can delay the delivery period, but it must be arranged within 60 days after the order date, otherwise an additional storage fee will be charged. The monthly storage fee is 5% of the amount of the goods. Please check with our customer service staff about the fee. The delivery time is from Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm; on public holidays, when tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted, the delivery service will be suspended, and the delivery date will be arranged separately.
- If there is a shortage of goods after the order is confirmed, the company can arrange a special order service. It will take about 3 to 4 months. The company will call the customer to confirm the order service. If the customer does not accept the order arrangement, all the goods that are out of stock The amount will be refunded in full.
- Free delivery is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories only. Tung Chung, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay are subject to additional delivery charges, and outlying islands do not provide delivery services. Locations that are far away from the parking area, where there is no lift, and the service must be placed on the building or outside the wall, an additional service fee will be charged. Customers must pay cash to the deliveryman when delivering the goods. Please contact our staff for the charges.
- The customer himself or the customer’s authorized person must inspect the goods on the day of delivery. Once the goods are signed by the customer/authorized person, they will not be returned or refunded.
- If the customer finds that the product is damaged immediately upon receipt, our customer service department will follow up and arrange for a return. In case of any dispute, Love Hot Pot reserves the right of final decision.
- If the delivery cannot be delivered on time due to customer negligence, including but not limited to errors in the delivery address or contact information filled by the customer, or no one signs for the goods within the appointment time, the customer will bear an additional delivery fee of HK$500, Plus the special delivery service fee (if any), the additional fee must be paid in cash to the deliveryman on the next delivery.
- If the customer needs to change the delivery time temporarily, he must call the customer service department of the company before 3:00 p.m. on the day before the original delivery date (except for special holidays of the Chinese New Year), otherwise he will have to bear an additional administrative fee of HK$500 Fees, additional fees must be paid in cash to the deliveryman on the next delivery.
- All items may vary +/- 3cm in size, this is normal. If this happens, the company will not make any compensation or arrange replacement of the goods.
- The pictures of the product are for reference only, and the color may be different from the actual product.
- The inventory quantity of Love Hot Pot is not real-time data, so the order may be out of stock, and the full amount of the out of stock item will be refunded in full.
- The personal information provided by the customer will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of the transaction. If the customer chooses to accept the promotional information of Love Hot Pot, the company will provide promotional offers or product information to the customer by SMS or email. If the customer decides to refuse to receive information in the future, he can cancel the registration by emailing info@love-hotpot.net.
- All order confirmations are subject to final decision by Love Hot Pot. In case of any dispute, Love Hot Pot reserves the right of final decision.
